Our barn is family owned and operated on our 12-acre working ranch to share our little slice of Heaven with our community. We offer one or two-day packages which allow you to create, rehearse, relax, and enjoy the property for weddings, receptions, parties, fundraisers, or special events!

Small Event Package

This is typically our one day package for small weddings, bridal/baby showers, small parties, etc. This package includes all amenities listed below, tables and chairs set up by our staff for up to 100 guests, seating for bride and groom, and access to the entire venue on the day of your event.

Events must be scheduled Sunday-Thursday for this package.

Amenities

  • Air-conditioned Bride and Groom Suites

  • Twenty-five 60-inch round tables, four 8-foot rectangle tables, bar height tables and chairs

  • Use of whiskey barrels as cocktail tables, stands for decorations or signs, and rustic spools for a cake table or favors

  • Vintage and cowhide furniture for pictures

  • Access to decorations room where you’ll find things like: centerpieces, wooden table rounds, mason jars, premade wedding signs, artificial flowers, candles, lanterns, and more!

  • Fire pit area for lounging and two sets of cornhole games for cocktail hour and reception

  • Handicapped/ADA restrooms and parking

Starting at $2,500 plus $500 refundable damage deposit

Large Event Package

This is our large wedding or large event package for events with more than 100 guests. This package includes all amenities listed below, plus tables and chairs set up by our staff to accommodate up to 200 guests, seating for bride and groom, and access to the entire venue all day on Friday for set up, decoration, and rehearsal and all day access on Saturday for the big day!

 FAQs

  • To reserve your date, we require a deposit of $500 which is non-refundable if your event is canceled. The deposit is in addition to your package price and will be refunded after the event if the venue and decorations are all in order.

  • Once your contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your package price is locked in.

  • We understand that circumstances are sometimes uncontrollable, and if you need to change your date after booking with us, we will make every effort possible to reschedule your event to an agreed upon date. Your contract and all deposits made will transfer to the new date.

  • Our staff will provide the set up and break down of the tables and chairs for your event however, you will need to decorate. You should have a wedding coordinator or you and you family/bridal party will have full access to our decorations room and we can set up an appointment prior to your event so you can look at all we have to offer!

  • You will be responsible for the clean-up after your event in order to receive a refund of your deposit.

  • Nope! We do have a list of local vendors we love that have been at our venue, if you’d like options. All vendors will need to sign and provide a Release of Waiver and Liability 30 days prior to your event.

  • Yes! However, glass bottles are strictly prohibited on the premises. You may bring your own alcohol or use one of our local vendors to provide alcohol, but they must provide the appropriate insurance.

  • Nope, however, we do highly recommend event insurance as it may help recover your costs is you unexpectedly have to delay or cancel your event.

  • This is a working ranch; guests should not be allowed to roam or touch any of the farm equipment. You are allowed to pet and take pictures with the cows and goats, but only if they are near the barn. You cannot jump any of the fences to try to get near them.
